At Aurea Skincare we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer simple and easy solutions.
Right of withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition . For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
How to make a return
Contact us via kontakt@aureaskincare.se and provide your order number and reason for the return.
We will get back to you with instructions and return address.
Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to you within 10 working days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Complaints
If your product is defective, damaged upon delivery or if you have received the wrong item, you have the right to complain about the product within 3 years , according to the Consumer Purchase Act. However, complaints must be made within a reasonable time (preferably within 2 months) after the defect is discovered.
How to advertise a product
Contact us via kontakt@aureaskincare.se and describe the problem and attach pictures of the product and any damage.
We will get back to you with a solution – this may mean you receive a new product, replacement or refund depending on the situation.
If the complaint is approved, we are responsible for the return shipping.
